Statements Dashboard
Accessing your eStatements is quick and easy through online or mobile banking. Whether you’re at home or on the go, your statements are always just a few clicks away. To access your eStatements:
- Login to online banking
- Select the Documents tab in the main navigation bar at the top
By default, all statements for all accounts are listed with the most recent displayed at the top. Statements are available to view or download in a PDF format. You can also filter your statements by year.
Note: When a new eStatement is available, you'll receive a notification in your Message Center so you never miss an update. eStatements are generated monthly on the first business day of every month for Triple Advantage Checking and Triple Advantage Savings accounts. Certificates of Deposit (CDs) have a different statement cycle and are generated semi-annually at the end of June and December.
Other Methods For Accessing Statements
Not only can you use the Statements dashboard to view all your available eStatements in one place, but you can also access statements by individual account directly through the Accounts Dashboard. To access the accounts dashboard:
- Login to online banking
- Select the Accounts tab in the main navigation bar at the top
