At AAA Banking, we make it easy for you to stay on top of your finances. With simple, intuitive tools built into your online and mobile banking experience, you can quickly view account details, monitor transactions, and manage your money anytime, anywhere.

  

Account Dashboard

The Accounts Dashboard makes it easy for users with multiple accounts to manage their finances in one place. You can quickly toggle between accounts to customize your view and easily track the transactions that matter most. To access the accounts dashboard:

  1. Login to online banking
  2. Select the Accounts tab in the main navigation bar at the top
  3. Choose the account for which you'd like to manage in the dropdown menu

In this dashboard, you can also:

  • View available balances, amount of pending transactions, and current balance
    • Select the information icon ⓘ next to available balance 
  • Find your account details, including your full account number and routing number
    • This section is displayed immediately below your available balance
  • Access and download your eStatements for the selected account
    • You can also find your statements by clicking the Documents tab
  • Use quick links to services like Bill Pay, ordering checks, or managing transfers
    • These are displayed in the Services menu below the Statements section

This centralized view helps you stay in control and simplifies how you interact with your account information day to day. For more information on how to access your eStatements in online banking, refer to our Statements User Guide.

Note: Check ordering is offered through our preferred vendor Harland Clarke. However, you are welcome to order checks from any third-party vendor of your choice.

 

Transaction Details 

Want to know more about a specific transaction? View the details for any transaction posted to your account. You can also add internal notes or tags to help quickly search for them using the Search & Filter function. 

  1. Navigate to your Transaction History
  2. Select a transaction for which you'd like to view

In this view, you can:

  1. View the transaction date, posted date, resulting balance, account, transaction type, category & description
  2. Add tags to categorize the transaction and use as a keyword when performing a search
  3. Add notes for your own personal reference, which appear in any exported files
  4. Export a PDF file of the transaction details, using the download function
  5. Report an issue by composing an email message to Client Services

Note: When reporting an issue, your message will automatically include the transaction details.

 

Search & Filter Transactions 

Looking for a specific transaction? Whether you're tracking a payment, checking a deposit, or reviewing recent activity, AAA Banking makes it simple. Use our built-in search and filtering tools to quickly narrow down your transaction history by date, amount, type, or keyword.

  1. Find & click the Search & filter link in the Transaction History section
  2. Select a date range, minimum amount, maximum amount, enter a keyword, and/or select a category in the popup window
  3. Click Show Results

A list of all transactions matching the criteria you used will display. 

Note: Transaction history is available for up to 18 months. For records older than that, please contact our support team for assistance.

 

Download Transactions 

Need a copy of your recent transactions for budgeting, recordkeeping, or tax purposes? You can easily download your transaction history in just a few clicks. Choose your preferred file format and date range to get the information you need—when you need it.

  1.  Find & click the Download link in the Transaction History section 
  2. Select a file type – CSV, OFX, QIF, QBO, or QFX. 
  3. Select a date range – Choose from the last 3 months or enter a custom date range
  4. Select Download

Note: Transactions can be exported in the following file formats: CSV, QFX (Quicken), QBO (QuickBooks), QIF (Personal Finance), and OFX (Microsoft Money).
