Cash Back Dashboard
The Cash Back dashboard allows you to view your cash back earnings by month, year, or all-time. You’ll also find helpful FAQs that explain how much you can earn, which purchases qualify, and what you need to do to start earning rewards. To view your cash back benefits:
- Login to online banking
- Select the Tools tab in the main navigation bar at the top
- Select Cash Back in the dropdown menu
Note: You can also access the Cash Back dashboard by scrolling and selecting Cash Back in the services menu in the bottom right corner upon logging in.
Other Methods For Tracking Cash Back
Not only can you use the Cash Back dashboard to easily track your earnings in real time, but you’ll also see your monthly cash back credited alongside your other transactions in your Transaction History and eStatements, labeled as "Cash Back Rewards."

Qualifying for Cash Back
If your Cash Back dashboard isn’t showing any accumulated rewards, it may mean that your AAA membership has not yet been verified and/or you haven’t satisfied all the requirements to qualify. If you’re an active AAA member and believe this is a mistake, please contact Customer Service Customer Service for assistance—we’re happy to help get things sorted out.
