Whether you’re purchasing a new vehicle or refinancing your current one, applying for an auto loan shouldn't be complicated. That’s why we’ve developed a streamlined digital application to make the process simple and efficient. And if you’re unfamiliar with the process—or just want a clearer picture of what’s ahead—this guide walks you through each step so you know exactly what to expect.
Part 1: Getting Pre-Qualified
This first few step outlined below allows us and you to determine what you may be eligible for without any commitments.
- Enter Basic Information & Verify Your Email Address: You’ll start by entering some preliminary information, such as your name, email address, and phone number. We will then send a one-time pass code to your email to ensure your account is secure.
- Tell Us About the Loan You're Applying For: You'll enter a few key details, including the amount you'd like to borrow, and how many months you'd like to take to repay the loan (e.g. 48, 60, or 72 months).
- We Review Your Information: After you submit your details, we’ll quickly verify the information you provided to make sure everything is accurate and provide a pre-qualification offer tailored to you.
- Receive Your Pre-Qualification Offer: Based on your information, we’ll present a personalized pre-qualification, outlining potential loan amounts, rates, and terms. In most cases, this is available within seconds.
Note: If you don’t see the email for your one-time passcode, check your junk or spam folder. The code is only valid for 30 minutes, so if it expires, you’ll just need to restart the process.
Part 2: Finalizing Your Application

Upload Your Documents: To move forward and finalize your loan, you will need to provide some documentation based on your financial goals.
- Purchase: If you’ve found the perfect car, this guide will walk you through uploading your Buyer's Order or Purchase Agreement and other key documents.
- Refinance: If you're ready to lower your monthly payment, this guide will walk you through uploading your Payoff Letter and other key documents.
- We Complete a Final Review: Our team will complete a final review of your application along with your vehicle details. You’ll be notified as soon as a decision has been made.
Part 3: Accepting Your Offer
- Review Your Offer & Setup AutoPay: Once your documents are reviewed and verified, we’ll present your final loan terms for you to review and accept. This is also where you can set up automatic payments to get a 0.25% discount on your rate.
- Accept the Offer: After you officially accept the offer, you may be prompted to upload additional documentation that may have been missed, such as Proof of Insurance.
- Sign Loan Agreements: Before your loan is finalized, we'll provide a detailed loan agreement outlining the terms, rates, and repayment schedule. Take the time to review it carefully. And when you're ready, you can sign electronically to officially accept the offer.

Complete Your Power of Attorney: You will receive a separate email from our partner, Proof, to complete your Power of Attorney (PoA) form. This document allows us to title the vehicle on your behalf.
- You will be required to upload a copy of your valid driver’s license or ID.
- You may be asked to provide additional identifying information.
- You must sign the POA in the presence of a certified notary.
- Funding is Complete: Once your paperwork is complete, we’ll send a check directly to the dealership the next business day. If you’re refinancing, the check will go to your current lender within 7–10 business days.
Note: For residents of AZ, DE, GA or OR, your state requires a physical signature for the PoA. We will mail you the necessary form with a prepaid UPS return envelope. You will need to complete the form and return it as soon as possible.
