No, AAA Banking is not going away. AAA Banking will continue to serve members just as it always has.
What happened to Auto Club Trust, FSB?
Effective April 1, 2025, Auto Club Trust, FSB officially merged into Grasshopper Bank, N.A. Grasshopper Bank is now the exclusive provider of depository and lending services (excluding credit cards) for AAA members and insureds across The Auto Club Group’s 14-state territory.
Why do I still see the Auto Club Trust name?
You may continue to see Auto Club Trust, FSB on some documents or systems during the rebranding process. This is temporary and part of a phased transition to Grasshopper Bank.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes. Your personal information is protected under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and is secured using state-of-the-art encryption and secure systems.
Where can I find the updated Privacy Policy?
We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to reflect the merger between Auto Club Trust, FSB and Grasshopper Bank, N.A. These updates clarify how your personal information is collected, used, and protected. You can find it on our website at anytime or request a copy by contacting Customer Service.
Has my routing number changed?
No. Your routing number remains the same as it was prior to the merger. This means that any existing direct deposits, automatic payments, wire transfers, or other linked services tied to your routing number will continue to process without interruption.
Do I need to re-enroll or reapply?
No. There is no need to re-enroll or reapply. Should any updates be made in the future, you’ll receive advance notice along with clear instructions to ensure a smooth and easy transition.
Deposits
Has my account number changed?
No. Your account number(s) remain the same. If any changes arise in the future, we’ll notify you well in advance and provide clear guidance on any actions needed.
Can I still access my online banking?
Yes. Your login credentials for both online banking and mobile banking remain the same, and there are no changes to how you access your accounts. You can continue using your existing username and password to log in through the same channels you’ve always used. To login to online banking, click here.
Will my direct deposits, bill payments, or automatic transfers be affected?
No. All direct deposits, recurring bill payments, and automatic transfers will continue without interruption. You do not need to update any information at this time.
Have the ways I make deposits changed?
No. There are no changes to how you make deposits. All deposit instructions, methods and mailing addresses remain the same. Please continue using your current processes.
Can I still use my ATM/debit card?
Yes. Your ATM and debit card will continue to work as usual. No changes are being made to your card, PIN, or how you use it.
Is my money still safe?
Yes. Deposits remain FDIC-insured up to the standard coverage limits, at least $250,000 per depositor, as they were before the merger.
Auto Loans
Have my loan terms changed?
No. Your existing auto loan terms—including your APR, finance charges, and repayment schedule—remain unchanged. You will continue receiving your statements and disclosures as usual.
Have the ways I make payments changed?

Mortgage Loans
Has the servicer for my mortgage loan changed?
No. The servicer for your mortgage loan has not changed. You should continue making your payments as you always have, using the same payment methods, mailing address, and account information.
