As a part of Grasshopper Bank, N.A.’s recent acquisition and merger with Auto Club Trust, FSB, the AAA Banking platform is being upgraded to deliver a more secure, convenient, and innovative banking experience. The system upgrade will take effect Monday, September 22, 2025. With this transition, customers who opened a deposit account or obtained a loan originally through Auto Club Trust will benefit from improved technology and features designed to better serve your needs.
Whether you've used online banking before or are joining us for the first time, enrolling is quick and easy. Follow the steps outlined below to access the platform and start enjoying a smarter, more secure banking experience.
Previously Enrolled Customers
If you were enrolled in our previous online banking platform, you can begin the enrollment process by logging in to the new digital banking platform using your existing username and password. Upon logging in, you’ll be required to create a new password that meets our enhanced security standards and set up two-factor authentication.
From the login page:
- Enter your Username
- Enter your Current password
- Click Log In
- Enter the Verification Code
- To verify your identity, we send a verification code to the email address associated with your account.
- Click Next
- Create a new Password
- Click Next
- Review the Disclosures
- Check the box to agree
- Click Next
- Enter your Mobile Phone Number
- Setting up two-factor authentication with your mobile phone number is required.
- To verify, we send a verification code to the mobile phone number associated with your account.
- Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone number, select Verify.
- A message appears when verification is successful.
- Enroll in Paperless Statements by clicking Enroll (Optional)
- All customers will be opted in to paper statements by default.
- Checking and savings accounts enrolled in paper statements are subject to a $5 monthly fee per account, which will waived for the first three months post-conversion. To avoid this fee, you must complete enrollment in paperless statements.
- You may change your preferences anytime through online banking or by contacting Customer Service.
- Click Finish.
After finishing enrollment, you’ll be automatically redirected to your account dashboard, where you can begin exploring your upgraded online banking experience. You can also log in and start using the Triple Advantage Banking app to manage your accounts wherever life takes you.
First-Time Users
If you’re new to online banking, or just new to the AAA Banking platform, you’ll need to complete user enrollment to access your account online on a desktop, mobile web browser or the Triple Advantage Banking app. The enrollment process will walk you through verifying your identity, creating your login credentials, reviewing disclosures, and setting up your preferences to help keep your account safe.
From the login page:
- Click Get Started
- Enter your Social Security Number (SSN)
- Enter your Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Check the box confirming you are not a robot
- Click Next
- Enter the Verification Code
- To verify your identity, we send a verification code to the email address associated with your account.
- Choose a Username
- Must be less than 150
- Can not contain capital letters
- May contain lowercase letters, numbers, or any of the following special characters: _ @ + . -
- Choose a Password
- Must be at least 10 characters in length
- We will validate the password to ensure it's not similar to your username or email address
- Click Next
- Review the Disclosures
- Check the box to agree
- Click Next
