Types of Documents & Notices Available

• Monthly Statements – A detailed breakdown of your transactions and account balances.
• Tax Documents (1099, 5498, etc.) – Essential tax forms for reporting purposes.
• Loan Statements – Displays the payment due amount for your loan.
• Past Due Loan Notice – Alerts you when a loan payment is overdue.
• Interest Paid Notice – Provides an annual summary of interest paid on your loan.
• Loan & Deposit Account Agreements – Terms and conditions associated with your accounts.
• Bank Verification Letters - Official letters verifying your account ownership for employment, rental, or loan purposes.
• Wire Instructions - Detailed instructions for sending or receiving wire transfers securely.

Note: To access all of these documents, you must be enrolled in online banking. If you are not opted in to electronic statements, all documents will be sent to you via U.S. mail at the address we have on file. All applicable tax documents will be mailed regardless of your delivery preferences.

How to Access Your Documents & Notices

Accessing your statements, tax documents, and notices online is simple and secure. Whether you prefer online banking, mobile banking, or using the Triple Advantage Banking mobile app, you can view, download, and keep track of all your account documents in one convenient place.

Online & Mobile Banking

1. Login to online banking 
2. Select Documents in the main navigation bar
3. Choose the document you wish to access:
   1. Click View to to open the document on your screen.
   2. Click Download PDF to to save a copy to your device or print for your records.

Mobile App

1. Login to the Triple Advantage Banking app
2. Tap More in the main navigation
3. Select Statements
4. Choose the document you wish to access:
   1. Tap the Share Icon in the top right corner to save a copy to your device or print for your records.
   2. Scroll or click Next in the bottom right corner to view different pages
   3. Click the Left Arrow Icon in the top left corner to go back.
